The Robotous EtherCAT adapter (RFTEC-02) is an external board that connects our CAN interface 6-axis force-torque sensors to an EtherCAT master. It provides EtherCAT connectivity for all sensors that do not have integrated EtherCAT functionality as an option. The two sensors that have integrated EtherCAT functionality as an option are the RFT64-6A01-E and RFT80-6A02-E. All other sensors must use this adapter.
A cable to connect the adapter to the sensor is included.
